Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through SortMySite (sortmy.site), operated by Bouncing Bean Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). All payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record.

1. Fix List (£49)

The Fix List is a digital product delivered immediately by email after purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel a contract for digital content begins to expire once delivery has started.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the Fix List will be delivered immediately and that you consent to this immediate delivery.

Goodwill guarantee: Despite the above, if you are genuinely unsatisfied with your Fix List, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Done-for-You Service (£499)

The Done-for-You Service involves manual work carried out by our team on your behalf.

  • Before work begins — if you request a refund before we have started work on your website, you will receive a full refund.
  • After work has started — if you request a refund after work has begun, we will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work not yet completed. We will provide a clear breakdown of what has been done and what remains.
  • After work is complete — once the work has been delivered in full, refunds are not available, as the service has been fully performed.

We will always communicate clearly about when work is starting and provide updates on progress.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your purchase details. We aim to respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 5-10 working days. Refunds are issued back through Paddle to your original payment method.

4. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
