SortMySite is a website audit tool. We scan URLs you provide and generate an AI visibility score along with related insights. We offer:

Free scan — a summary score and overview, available at no cost.
Fix List (£49) — a detailed report of recommended fixes, delivered by email.
Done-for-You Service (£499) — our team manually implements fixes on your behalf.

2. No Guarantees on Results

Our scans and reports are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any scan results or recommendations.
That implementing our recommendations will improve your search rankings, AI visibility, or website performance.
That our AI visibility score reflects how any specific AI system will treat your website.

Search engines and AI systems change constantly. Our tool provides a snapshot based on the data available at the time of your scan.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must only submit URLs for websites you own or have authority to act on behalf of. You must not use the service to scan websites maliciously, excessively, or in any way that could disrupt our systems or third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scoring methodologies, and report formats on SortMySite are owned by Bouncing Bean Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our reports or any part of our service without our written permission.

Reports you purchase are licensed for your own use in relation to the website you submitted for scanning.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our merchant of record. When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, who then remits payment to us. Paddle handles all billing, VAT, and sales tax obligations.

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Paddle will apply the correct tax rate based on your location.

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each purchase is a one-off transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, traffic, rankings, or data.
We are not liable for any issues caused by third-party services, including but not limited to Google PageSpeed Insights, Paddle, or Postmark.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party tools and APIs, including Google PageSpeed Insights. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove access, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been breached or our service is being misused.
